「A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.」

It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. 「The unit is the whole first floor of an older house, rearranged into two bedrooms, with a living room, dining room, AND a den (plus kitchen). The bathroom is quite small and needs better lighting. The master bedroom could use a luggage stand (no other furniture or closet in the room). And there are renovations that aren't quite finished. But overall its quite nice. Everything works. It's a quiet neighborhood. Very good value and will repeat.」

We went to the desk to get clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, and were told the maids would take care of everything. The maids brought clean sheets, didn't make up the bed, and didn't take the dirty sheets.」
