chambre propre petite odeur en entrant mais apres 2 minutes c'est ok 1 divan lit pour les enfants et 1 lit double pour les adultes a 2 minutes de la rue principale et 3 minutes de la plage j'y retournerais sans hesitation

The room was as expected, freezing cold ac and super hot heater when on (accidentally turned on by my 2 year old). Wish they had coffee in the room, but that’s a simple thing to go get across the street at flamingos. Great location, would stay again!

This was a last minute getaway for my husband and I. We were very happy with the property. The price was reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The Location was convenient for the beach and all that the area offers. The bed was comfortable and loved that it had free parking. Much better property than the place we stayed at a couple years ago that was right on the beach boulevard. We look forward to staying here again.

Great stay loved how close it was to the beach and free parking!! House keeping could pay more attention when cleaning to the little things like the facet in the bathroom and the toilet cleaning brush having dust n dirt on it,butttt for the price it wasn’t bad at all has a game room n workout room i will definitely book here again!!

The most efficient check in i have ever experienced. Great room very clean and cute. Only one A/C unit and that was in the living room. Made for a hard time to sleep. No TV in the bedroom.

The resort was clean, and the parking was excellent. Our only complaint was that the hallways were very hot and the air conditioning in our room was turned off when we arrived. We understand the desire to conserve electricity, but it took several hours for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Having the AC set to a moderate temperature before guests arrive would greatly improve the check-in experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Bathroom needs to be bleached and walls wiped down. Pillows are flat and lumpy. There's no ice machine you have to buy a bag of ice at the desk. Coffee maker supplied but bring your own coffee grounds and ask for filters at the desk. Only one smoking area and that is in the playground and picnic area which I find strange. Looks like people are living at that hotel in the back by picnic tables. It's okay if you're not too fussy.

The Sands resort and staff are amazing. The room was simple but clean. Perfect for staying the night in a spur of the moment decision. It’s a quick walk to the beach or boardwalk and parking there was easy. They also went above and beyond by helping find something left behind in the room. They absolutely did not have to, we would have never known, and the object wasn’t valuable. BUT, they called, TWICE, after finding the missing items which absolutely prevented a major meltdown and allowed us all spend our final hour in the area enjoying ourselves instead of leaving miserable because of the missing items. Thanks Again!
