「Hotel has a wonderful position with fantastic views, amenities good and hotel clean.」

「Breakfast was delicious and homemade! Hot tub was large, clean, and the area was very quiet! Rooms and Inn are on the older side, but have a lot of charm. My husband and I got a room with a porch and some rockers. Which was lovely! If you like a place that is warm, a touch outdated, and charming. This is the place for you! We would definitely go back :)」

「Great location for Northern Presidential mountains」

「Everything was top-notch!」

「I waited 15 minutes in the lobby for a.yone to show up to check me in. I arrived at 4pm, nkt after hours. I had to call two separate numbers to get any staff to.show up. When I got to my room it was very dirty. The bedding has long dark hair visible on each layer. There was a discarded vape left under the sink, visible when sitting on the toilet. I decided to check out immediately and when.i went to the lobby again, 10 minutes after checking in, no staff were present. I called the number left...

「The location was fantastic and the place was better than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Breakfast is charged separately, with limited variety and high price. There is a water bar on each floor that provides drinks and snacks, but it will be charged at USD 35 per day in the room rate. In short, it is not cost-effective.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Christmas Farm Inn & Spa! A special shout-out to the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Their warmth and willingness to help really made a difference. The entire place has such a warm, cozy, and inviting feel to it. It feels less like staying at a hotel and more like being somewhere with character and charm. The location is also fantastic, making it a great base for exploring North Conway and the beautiful...

「Well, it’s not the fanciest place but for what it was and the price I paid it was great! Very clean rooms, with good shampoo, soap, etc. I used the sauna, hot tub and pool which was a nice little bonus. We had an adjoining room which was perfect for our travelers.」

「Close to all tourist sites」

「Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this high-end resort, and it could have been an almost perfect experience if it weren’t for one disappointing interaction with a shuttle driver. I understand that this is a pricey resort, and I expected that when we booked our stay. What I did not expect, however, was the rude treatment we received from one of the shuttle drivers. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle to the main Omni resort, which was a wonderful and very useful amenity that we used...
