“The owners were very responsive. The property was well kept and comfortable. Even with the owners living on site, there was no one bothering us. “We stayed here for our anniversary and left feeling so refreshed and grateful. The cabin is beautiful, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in and slow down. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and waking up to the peaceful stillness around us—it really felt like a true getaway.Gays Mills is a very small town, so you’re truly stepping away from distractions and into rest, which was exactly what we needed. “The cabin was spot on! The location was quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed our stay!”

“Nice and cozy place to stay.”

“Place is simple and cheap, could use some upkeep on building, door sticks and the water spigot for the sink drips and being held with duct tape. No bathroom just a portapotty to use. And watch out for the mice. It's a beautiful location on the west fork of the kickapoo River with access to the River.”

“Great, private location with a beautiful view at a perfect price”

“I had a great trip to Viroqua and staying definitely had a hand in that. The location makes for a perfect jumping off point for day trips in the area, has plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and shops within a short drive. Wish I would have stayed longer.”
