「Very roomy with very nice couches and comfortable bed. Lots of food options, great pastry’s at Postmaster. Fantastic view of the harbour and nice size deck. Fantastic internet and TV options. This property is completely walkable for all things downtown if you have no mobility issues. Lots of stairs and steep hills. Loved it.」

「Bob was a great host. We had a couple of minor questions (when to take out garbage for instance) and he was quick to respond. This little cottage is bigger than the photos suggest. Great spot for 4 or 5 people.」

「This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

「The property is very clean, and comfortable. The hosts communicate well, are quick to respond and engage. The property is in the city, so there is some noise and constable activity. St. John’s has a lot to offer - beautiful coastlines, charm and history. 」

「We booked with Rob for accommodations during the Canada Games. The location was perfect - close to downtown and close to MUN and all of the tourist attractions. Rob attended to small details - he even had a water cooler of filtered water that was a pleasant surprise to fill your water bottle. The beds were comfy and no noise from outside. We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook in a heartbeat. 」

「The perfect family space while visiting St. John’s Newfoundland!We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ranging from 5-10). The house had plenty of rooms, bathroom and general living space. We spent hours in the indoor pool and so many wonderful meals in the large dining area.Truly cannot recommend the house enough!! And Adam was so lovely, communicative and kind. Thank you Adam, you made our trip so special! 」
