"Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. "We were happy to stay in a Canadian owned hotel and that it was pretty well situated related to downtown and the waterfront.
