「Giri was a wonderful host always quick to respond. The house is in a very convenient location to various Springs that we enjoyed while there. There is also a Dollar General right around the corner and within a couple of miles of Winn-Dixie, grocery store. The space was perfect for two adults and four teenagers. We did not utilize the back screened in porch because it was so warm outside, but there were fans. Should we have chosen to sit out there. We would definitely stay at this house...

「Very pleasant, quiet neigjborhood just a few minutes from High Springs and easy access to the various springs. House is very nice and comfortable. Coffee station was a winner. Even the cat was comfortable!」

「Such a pretty cottage, lovingly restored, and thoughtfully furnished and equipped! And an added bonus we did not anticipate -- the location was incredibly convenient, and we walked to restaurants in the evening after visiting springs during the day.Our host, Shawn, was incredibly accommodating, and went out of his way to have a brand new coffee maker delivered when I had problems with the existing one. He communicated promptly and well, and I can only say good things.Everything else in the house...

「Lovely home in the countryside but with easy access to town. Lovely outdoor space, comfortable interior with so many nice touches to the decor and supplies. To say the kitchen was well stocked would be no exaggeration. Everything you need to cook a meal for the whole family plus a coffee/tea bar with all kinds of teas and coffee, syrups etc. Beds were super comfortable with nice linens and towels. We had a wonderful stay, paddleboarding at the springs. Will be back.」

「The place was clean, does smell like it hasn’t been used in a while and humid, weird smell. There is a for sale sign in the front, so I’m assuming no one’s been there for a while. Half rolls of toilet paper, we’re 3 half rolls for 6 people. Same as the paper towels. Communication was good. Price might have been too high for the location. Sheets were clean and so was the house.」
