You'll love this Mountain Biking Paradise with outdoor recreation options for every adventure and nature lover! Located in the scenic Ozark Mountains in the northwest corner of Arkansas, near the Bentonville Square with lots of resturants and pubs, Crystal Bridges Museum, Walmart Headquarters, Arts and Craft Festivals, Nature Trails, Lakes, Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, Museum of Native American History, Veterans Wall of Honor, War Eagle Cavern, Back 40, Slaughter Pen Hollow Multi-Use Trail System, Compton Gardens and Conference Center, Pea Ridge National Military Park, and Bike's Blues & BBQ!

BEST VRBO EVER!
A golf trip for the boys that could not have gone better, despite a couple days of rain! This property made our trip GREAT!! Incredibly relaxing & cozy when we weren't on the course. Very roomy and comfortable so we all had our own space and Incredibly clean!! Best VRBO I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot!! I hope it never changes as i intend to make this a yearly visit!!

Lots of Space for MTB riding trip
Large, comfortable space for me and my teen sons. Great location near the Back 40 trails. Some ants under the sink but it looks like they have that under control. Hot tub is just a spa-bath.

This is a terrific home. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, wonderful backyard with fire pit, fully stocked kitchen. Within 15 minutes of everything. Very quiet neighborhood, infact we rarely saw another person. Highly recommend.
