This home is centrally located in Bella Vista and is within .05-5 miles of bike trails (Sugar Creek, Back Forty, Slaughter Pen, & Coler), golf courses, lakes, recreation centers, stores and restaurants. It is a great space for professionals, special occasions (weddings, holidays, etc.), and biking enthusiasts. This space is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, lower level rental space with a private entrance. It has a complete kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. My home is well insulated and there is minimal noise transference. It has windows in every room providing ample lighting. Both, the indoor and outdoor furnishings will make your stay enjoyable. Indoors, you will find a 55" SMART TV w/internet access, free WIFI, Plush Furnishings, Comfortable Beds, Soft Linens, Washer/Dryer, and well-supplied Kitchen. Outdoors is a Private Sitting Area with Lawn Furniture, & Gas Grill. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, that sits up against a wooded area providing you with natural views of mature trees and wildlife. There is an illuminated stone path to the private entrance. It has1,380 sq. ft. Be My Guest can be rented nightly, weekly and monthly. Downtown Bentonville is only 8.5 miles away with museums, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Other towns/communities close to Bella Vista with interesting attractions are Rogers (16 miles), Beaver Lake (20 miles), Eureka Springs (42 miles), and Branson (88 miles). Grad weekend

This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for a weekend. We spent time in Fayetteville but enjoyed the quietness in Belle Vista. This property was absolutely perfect! We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space and it was just cozy. I would highly recommend if you will be staying in the area.

Privacy in the woods

Cozy nest in Bella Vista

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this adorable three-bedroom lower level rental. All the rooms were clean and inviting and the bedrooms were very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful hillside vacation rental! Very clean! Very roomy! Outdoor sitting areas on the deck and backyard. I enjoyed a nice, quiet and relaxing extended weekend here.

Pleasant Stay!

This home is so warm and cozy. Plenty of room for 4 of us with nice privacy for the teenagers with us. We cannot think of anything else we may have needed at all. We loved the wildlife in the backyard and exploring the hiking trails in the area. Loved Crystal Bridges and some fantastic eating places. This rental was the perfect spot to relax after our busy days...

Girls Trip!

This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay during our girls trip to the NWA area. The beds are comfortable with very nice sized rooms. The whole place is well furnished and very clean. You do have to walk around the house and down a hill to get to the entrance however that was not a problem for us. The view from the door is beautiful. There’s a place to hang bikes and even a fix-it station.

Comfortable and convenient

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet environment -- except the neighbor's dog who felt it his duty to bark every time we came up and down the walkway! ;). Excellent bedrooms, tiny crowded kitchen, but adequate for what we needed. Beautiful tucked in setting. Lots of local info and pamphlets. Let us keep bikes in garage. I would stay there again. Short stay to visit aging parents

It was a very nice stay, very welcoming and comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was well furnished with a wide variety of informational pamphlets about area attractions. The only hiccups were minor, in getting logged in to their wifi, and no information about how to operate the Roku television. Fortunately, I wasn't there to watch TV.

Would stay here again!

This unit is very spacious and clean with three nice bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are compact, but sufficient and well stocked. The fireplace and decks are nice touches. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the birds. The owner lives upstairs and you can hear footsteps from that. You do need to be careful walking around to the door to the unit. The steps are clear and well-maintained, but we are older and just were very mindful. The location is good, in a quiet neighborhood. Bella Vista is a nice community. We met the host and she was very gracious and accommodating.

Great place with lots of space indoors and out. Very near to everything in Bella Vista and only minutes away from Bentonville or Missouri. Recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway near all the activities that NWA has to offer. Wasn’t an issue for us but if anyone in your party has mobility issues or problems with stairs this isn’t for you! The owner clearly states that in the property description.

Fantastic!

Great lower level of a house with all the amenities needed. House if very well equipped. I was there to meet friends to ride for 12 days. Sheila let me use the garage to leave bikes inside. Nice back porch to enjoy the birds and squirrels. The riding is awesome in Bentonville and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this location. It's quiet neighborhood, close to stores and trails. Plus a bike shop about 2-3 miles away at the bottom of the hill.
