Welcome to the charming Trailside terrace. This 3 bed 2 bath home sleeps 6 guests with the possibility of adding more. We are located right on the tunnel vision trail which is a 25 miles bike trail that encompasses the entire east side of beautiful Bella Vista AR. We are also only a short 5 minute drive to the Bella Vista Country Club if golfing is more your style. Bella Vista is truly a outdoor enthusiasts dream come true. There are 7 golf courses, 7 lakes and endless biking and hiking trails. Our property is located at the back of a very quiet neighborhood, in fact all of Bella vista is quiet and peaceful and only about 15 minutes to Bentonville where you will find and endless supply of entertainment. Sit back on the patio and enjoy the beautiful views we have and you might even spot a mountain biker or two. We have an abundance of wildlife all around, you’ll see deer and squirrels and birds galore. We offer a bike wash and bike storage for our guests. We are pet friendly, so make sure you let us know your furry friends are coming along so we can be sure to include them in our welcome basket. We have an incredible coffee bar set up for our guests to enjoy, it includes a nespresso maker, a single cup maker as well as a pot. We have flavored syrups, drizzles, a variety of sugars, and half and half. We have extra bathroom linens and hopefully everything you should need during your stay.
