Our stay here in San Giovanni was wonderful. The room provided an incredible view of Lake Como. Breakfasts on the terrace were amazing also, with plenty of fresh produce. The location is great as well, being outside the touristy part of Bellagio.

The place is a hidden gem with a great view of the lake from the attic. Staff are friendly, Very clean room and very good breakfast not being rushed. And the host gave us samples of jam to take home.. we took an hour bus from Como. Very short distance from the bus stop.. 25-30 min walk from Bellagio

Everything was exceptionally clean. The rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and every other area were spotless. It was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped with many extra items, making it easy to cook meals if needed. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of high-quality food. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the beautiful balcony. As a lovely gesture, the host gave us homemade jam as a gift, which we really appreciated.

Beautiful place to stay with my two adult children. Excellent breakfast and comfortable space. Lots of walking required to get to places (up and down hill) so those with mobility issues should be aware.
