"Fatima and her sister are amazing!!! They really made our 3-night stay worthwhile! They’ve operated this B&B for over 12 years now. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The property is situated about 15-18 minutes walk away from the dock (uphill), so if you arrive with luggage, I highly recommend grabbing a taxi in the town square. We paid 20€ for our 3 minute car/van ride to the property (it’s a flat rate according to the taxi drivers who do not turn on the meters). The taxi stand is between the two ferry stops on the street along the water upon arrival. My wife and I grabbed a taxi each time we returned to the B&B during our 3-night stay and it was totally worth it despite what other reviewers mentioned about how wonderful the location of the B&B was. Not a knock on the location of this property, but just wanted to provide this insider tip as we were here during one of Europe’s historically hottest heat waves in June/July of 2026. Importantly for context for this review, it was our first time to Lake Como (although we been taking approximately 6-10 vacations each year for the last 25+ years and have only stayed in 4-5 star American hotel brands and have never experienced a Bed & Breakfast-type establishment before, so take what I say with that grain of salt. As such, the amenities felt somewhat lacking compared to our usual experiences, but that may not be fair to this property, which was immaculately maintained, albeit small. I would recommend a stay."

"Our room was super clean, cute, and was located in a good spot. Breakfast was also great as well! The only slight thing I didn’t like was the bed was kind of hard. I’m a small person so if it’s firm it’s just not comfortable to me, but otherwise it was great and I’d definitely stay again!"

"the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. I can’t express how amazing the stay at this place was. I would highly recommend coming here if you plan on staying in bellagio. i dont think you can find a better place."
