“The home wasn't as close to the French Quarter as the listing stated & the neighborhood wasn't the greatest. The listing also did not state it was a multiple unit home. We stayed on the bottom half of the home & we could hear quite a bit of noise from the top portion of the home.”

“Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions. ”

The property did have some deficiencies such as the bathroom sink drain not working, but imo did not take away too much. “Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. ”
