"Good communication through what’s up. The person welcomed us, showed the room and was very pleasant. The property have kitchen, bathroom and beds. Almost all you need except towels and bedding (?). We have been told it’s common here and offered to buy some for the same price as room itself. It’s the 1st time we encountered this in our many travels around different countries. "We had a lovely stopover on the way to the slopes. The hotel is well presented, staff were very friendly, rooms simple but clean; excellent value for money."

"Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite. "

"Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, without them the rating would have been lower. The room was basic and tired. Standard continental breakfast was acceptable. Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."
