The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college. Navigating both sets of stairs was tricky for her and required someone having to help her the whole time. The property was not clean. The pillow covers smelled as if someone had slept on them with dirty hair. Thank God I travel with extra sheets, pillowcases, and towels. They noted that they have a Murphy bed in the living room. It was broken, and unusable. I have no idea if any of the comforters had ever been cleaned between renters. They had stains. The pantry had expired food in the cabinets. Glasses were set as if they were washed, but some were dirty. The countertops and the place settings on the table had food crumbs under and on top of them. The living room furniture was dirty as well. I couldn't sit on the couch. Overall this place needs a complete overhaul including a new mattress in the bedroom with the single queen bed.
