Bellevue Avenue Historic District hotels in Newport

"The room and bath were very nice. The only minor issue was that there is no in-room thermometer, so it was a chilly room in March. The staff was super nice, and it was a treat to have a hot breakfast. The only booking issue was that no where on the Expedia site did it note the floor location of the rooms. The room I booked happened to be on the 3rd floor, with fairly steep, narrow stairs (not ideal for someone with knee/hip issues). I didn't think to call the property to ask, but room location information should be posted on the Expedia site to help guests make an informed decision."
