“Good location.”

“The hotel was okay . Needed some updating . Kind of old . Located in a great place but not worth the money to stay there . I would not recommend this place to friends or family”

“The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the……

“The Hatch Restaurant was a huge disappointment. Management, didn’t resolve our disappointment. We, left and went to another restaurant where we spent 150. 00 dollars.”

“Felt completely deceived! I booked the hotel because of the large windows shown online, but the actual room had a tiny window and felt extremely cramped and depressing. Never coming back!”

“we were in a very old house, not in the main building. We thought we were in on the water. The room had no drawers or space to unpack your clothing. It was $1000 a night. Very disappointed.The bathroom was a pedal sink which would be fine if there was any place to put your toothpaste or toiletries other than the windowsill. The refrigerator was in a closet that was very hot, which was odd. And a very, very, very small refrigerator. No views so disappointed to spend that kind of money.”

“As in old houses, there is a musty smell in the hall leading to our bedroom, breakfast was really not great, since there is no kitchen onsite, there are breakfast sandwiches that can be heated in microwave, granola bars, some fruit. Our room was clean, and bed was comfy.”

“The staff and amenities were top notch. It felt like a real local bed and breakfast on the island. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore to those interested in staying on block island.”
