“This was a disaster.The owner of the house ghosted me and wouldn't answer questions about the house or check-in days prior to arrival. The landscape was neglected; the lawn was dead. The house smelled of cat urine. There were no clean towels. There was no soap to bathe, do laundry, or clean dishes.The area rugs were stained and the furniture smelled of pets.
