What a View?!

We loved how clean and well supplied the property was for us. It was nicer than the pictures presented. The view of the mountains across the bay at high tide was unforgettable. We also loved how the morning sun filled the living area!

Beautiful and carefree !

Really enjoyed working with the owner and she was incredibly responsive not only about the house or any questions, but about local attractions, shopping, etc. Truly a peaceful and quiet location with a spectacular view - it’s not a beach you’d go and sit on but wow, the views from the back of the house ! Thank you !

Thanksgiving blessing

What a wonderful place to stay! The home is comfortable & well appointed (we cooked a whole Thanksgiving meal here)---the view spectacular (water & Mt. Baker) and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. We'll be back!

Clean and peaceful

This is our second time coming to this lovely property. We love the view, the tide going in and out, and the peacefulness of it all. The house is super clean, the decor beautiful, and the kitchen well equipped. There are great places to walk, and lots of God's creation to enjoy. I highly recommend this beach house!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

LOVED this vacation!! This was the first time our family has been to Washington state and what a beautiful state! The VRBO rental home was fully equipped, beautifully decorated and a great location. Far away from town but close enough to get to state parks and stores.

Fall getaway

Matched the pictures. Very clean and well decorated. A full wall of windows looking out over Lummi Bay. The bird wildlife was amazing, especially as the tide came in early Sunday morning!

Stunning sunrise

We are a family of four and came here for a relaxing weekend getaway. The property was very clean, had everything we could possibly need and is just steps from the water with wonderful wildlife viewing. We saw so many varieties of birds, a seal and enjoyed listening to fish jumping. It's a short drive from Bellingham. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Five stars from us, thank you.

Very nice 3 bedroom home with beautiful view of the Bay and Mount Baker. Wonderful to have kayaks to use, except when tidal change was extreme.

Sandy Point Stay

A very charming home. Myself & the Aunts came for my daughter’s baby shower. The night after the shower our first grand baby was born three weeks early. Colleen was so accommodating in extending my stay. We all loved this place . Well stocked with everything we needed. The sun pouring through the windows in the morning as you overlook the ocean is incredible. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Great, comfortable home with beautiful views.

Pretty decor, comfortable beds, and well stocked home with beautiful water view. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the kitchen pans and tools needed for cooking any meal. Home has games, books, and extra blankets. Lots of seating options in kitchen and living room. Very clean. Bonus is access to the kayaks on site to enjoy the water and also several nice neighborhood walk options. We all 3 agreed this was a great place.!!

Bay Life

Was a great spot to stay for a water vacation. Kayaks and paddleboards supplied for trips out on the bay. It is on the water, so if you're looking to do any city, town, or mountain activities, expect to drive about 30 minutes or more each way. Was a great place for a vacation where you're wanting to get away. One downside was that there were no toiletries provided such as shampoo, hand cream, etc., only bar soap. So if you are visiting from across the country, you would have to pack your own, which would make it difficult if you were flying in.

Clean, crisp, peaceful and beautiful!

This home was so lovely. I knew when I saw the pictures online that this was where I wanted to stay with my three sacred friends. And it did not disappoint in person! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated in whites and sea foam green/teal. The beds were comfortable, living room spacious and cozy, and the kitchen just perfect for preparing good meals and enjoying sitting around the table looking at the view. Coleen's responsiveness over email and text was awesome, and we felt cared for every step of the way. I would highly recommend this home if you are gathering with a few friends (there were four of us and it was just right), or as a family.

Amazing views

Our family of 5 with young kids stayed here for a week in July. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather! The views of the water and Mount Baker are spectacular. The back patio facing east is perfect for the afternoon/evening with plenty of shade. We used the kayaks/paddle boards everyday and the calm of the bay made it really easy for the kids to paddle as well. The kids enjoyed the sand box, games, toys. The house is as listed, very well equipped, clean, thoughtfully designed and convenient. We enjoyed all the screened windows and doors for a nice cool breeze through the house. The only possible improvement would be to upgrade the mattresses as we found them on the small and worn side. We would still return in a heart beat!
