The apartment is brand new and offers complete privacy, creating a serene retreat designed for rest and rejuvenation.
From this elevated haven, you’ll enjoy spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea, watching cruise ships traverse the seas and embrace the magical sunsets as you sit in the balcony and have a cup of coffee or a freshly squeezed tamarind or star fruit drink, these fruit trees are nestled on the property. You can also see the Grenadines island Bequia as the coconut trees sway from side to side, and take in the sweeping valleys. A private road leads directly to the property, enhancing the sense of exclusivity, peace, and tranquility that defines Island View Estate.
The property is located about 10 minutes drive to Kingstown and about 7 minutes drive to the beach.
