Yes,the room was clean and the view of the ocean from the room was beautiful .The staff especially Thomas, Julia and Lornell was amazing they were so polite and pleasant treated us like we were at home.Based on those staff members i would definitely go back and recommend. Oh i forgot to mention the food was amazing especially the rum punch ! 😋

The hotel is in a great location, and has a beautiful view on the water. Staff were friendly, and we were treated to a welcome drink upon arrival. The room is exactly what we wanted for a one night stay. The shower had some issues- there was barely any water pressure. It was nice having a refrigerator.

The restaurant had no vegetables for two days so couldn’t cook half the menu - including pizzas. Rooms need gutting, bathrooms are pitifully outdated and shabby. There is practically no beach outside, just rocks - despite what the photos show.

Nice welcome from hotel reception. Welcome drink nice and strong as expected. Room was clean. A/C was working very well. Restaurant was busy but food was delivered in decent time. The server mention wait time since restaurant was full but was much faster than expected. Portion were spot on. Staff was easy to talk to.

The staff on the reception were wonderful and incredibly helpful. They booked lunch for us in Young Island which was also fabulous. The food in the Mariners was great, the room was clean and spacious and the location between the airport and Kingstown was ideal for us.

We were told that we will be having free breakfast and it wasn’t true. The toilet wasn’t working, the bed was very uncomfortable and split in the middle so I had terrible sleep , shower was hardly running and no plugs to charge devices . Will not be going back there.

Hotel decor dated, needs a referb to bring it up to a higher standard. Bar and Restaurant/food good. Most staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room spoilt a little by broken toilet seat, very slippery shower floor, needs a rubber mat. No sink plug. Electric kettle only used on floor as cable too short. All items reported to reception who promised to attend to them. Beach adjoining hotel was tiny and mostly underwater. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This property was good. Cant complain... the only thing was the bathroom was clearly not built right in the shower so the water never drained out. Settled in the shower... the bathrroom vent as well trapped sent rather than letting it out. Need some updating. Outside of that it wasnt bad

Great island retreat!

Staff was great, they helped with everything they could. They worked to make the stay the best possible. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfy. Would absolutely stay again

30 US dollar taxi fare to get there from the airport. Another 60 from Mariners to sandals. Mariners made the reservations and everything worked like clockwork... French veranda on site restaurant was good. Staff at Mariners was excellent!!!
