Conliffe Sunset Villa located on the Fountain/Belair line, is just 10 minutes from Kingstown. Located off the main road, the accommodation is accessible by public transportation. Guests will get to Kingstown in 10 minutes by car. The Conliffe Sunset Villa is walking distance from the natural spring mineral spa.
Air conditioning, coffee/tea makers and a sitting area are featured in certain rooms. Complete with a microwave, an electric kettle, fridges and a full kitchen.
At Conliffe Sunset Villa, you will enjoy sunrise and sunset views on the veranda everyday, perhaps followed by a dip in the beach 8 minutes drive away. When it's time for some excitement, grab a taxi or jump on the local bus, and find yourself in lively company, maybe on Villa Beach, Young Island or Indian Bay, or maybe off-island on a uniquely “SVG” adventure.

Peaceful and quiet location in a safe area. Lovely hosts and the home is fully equipped. Excellent air conditioning. Travelled solo with 4 kids, lots of space to relax and the three separate washrooms was a nice touch. High speed internet. We will be back again in the future in our next trip. Highly recommended.

The villa is delightful, set in peaceful surroundings amidst lots of greenery. We loved relaxing on the porch, enjoying the breeze in the mornings and the sounds of crickets and birds in the evening. Being inside was equally wonderful--the rooms are spacious and attractive, the A/C is very efficient, the living area offers comfortable seating and a large TV (plus thoughtful additions like a few games and a deck of cards), and the kitchen is well-stocked (we appreciated finding cooking oil, a HUGE array of spices, coffee, tea, aluminum foil, and more). Beds were comfortable with soft sheets and good pillows; showers worked great, and my husband liked the fluffy towels so much that we're going to buy some of the same brand when we get home! On top of everything, Kimani was a super attentive and responsive host. Well before our arrival, he provided helpful info about what to do on St. Vincent, and throughout our stay and beyond, he checked in to make sure all was well. His father also lives nearby and showed us around when we first arrived. You really do want a car if you stay here, though. Driving on the island IS intimidating, and you'll need to hire a guide for excursions like the volcano hike (strenuous but worth it!). However, a rental car is convenient for getting to beaches, restaurants, and the supermarket.

My daughter and I, along with my niece and her family, just spent 10 unforgettable days at Conliffe Sunset Villa in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. From the warm welcome to our final day, everything exceeded our expectations, I would rate it a perfect 10.The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. The surrounding landscape was lush and vibrant, and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to relax. Our generous host even shared fresh fruits and produce, which deeply touched us.We jokingly said the only thing missing was Angostura Bitters! This was one of the best vacations I’ve had in years, and the villa set the perfect tone. We will definitely be back!A. McMillan and family

Nothing short of amazing

The Conliffe Villa has been nothing short of amazing for our group. From the initial inquiry, to booking, check-in, and check out, amongst all the in between, all responses were prompt. The villa is very bright and welcoming, modern, and fully stocked. The host has been so attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond. We appreciated all of the fresh fruit from the trees, they were an absolute delight. Location is prime, very close to everything. The area is very safe, and near the spa which was such a bonus. Spa water is delicious. We enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to be back again! Thank you very very much for everything!!

Amazing Hospitality!

This property is very very nice and everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. We loved that the property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Loved the screened windows. Loved the area. We felt safe and secure. Also, I really enjoyed drinking the natural spring water every day. Loved the cook-she can make anything, from local cuisine to North American cuisine like pizza. And it was all so delicious! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the nice breeze while having my tea on the balcony in the morning and a Hairoun in the evening. Last but definitely not least, we appreciated the generosity of the hosts. They were awesome! We appreciate the extras like coconut water, fresh fruits from their trees and just having some basic food items available. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful & Relaxing getaway

We had a fantastic time exploring St.Vincent, the Conliffe Sunset Villa was warm, welcoming, beautiful and clean. We loved all the amazing fruit trees and were able to explore several beaches that were just beautiful. There are so many incredible opportunities to explore with snorkeling, catamaran and a fun night life. The home was spacious and had all that you need for staying there, we opted in for the chef who was amazing she made us local meals which enhanced our experience. We would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful, safe and friendly island and home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful in making sure we had a fantastic stay.
