Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool or spa...both looked great and were easily accessible. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The food in the restaurant was nicely prepared, tasted great and was in more than sufficient quantity. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient to support the day's activities. I would definitely book here again.

The rooms and properties were very nice and well maintained. We found the dining service to be less than want we expected, especially the continental breakfast where we were never served at the same time and had to keep asking for parts of it. Overall the staff was extremely friendly and we were able to walk into town from the property (on a large hill). The AC in the room worked very well and the balcony was nice to sit out on even for the garden side. The pool was very nice (didn’t try the spa).

Very nice, clean, friendly place close to hospital downtown where my wife was admitted. Don’t purchase $22 upgrade for continental breakfast. It’s included already.

Staff was great. Stayed 3 nights making 3 separate reservations as my wife was in the hospital. Selected the $22 option for continental breakfast the first night. Found out continental breakfast is always included. Optional hot breakfasts are less than $22. Don’t order on Expedia.

It began with the driver that picked me up from the airport. He didn't take my baggage from the car prior to checking in, but he conveniently assisted a European couple with great enthusiasm once arriving at the hotel. The bed was incredibly hard. It felt like I was sleeping on bricks. I tried to get the free continental breakfast, but I was running out of time to take the ferry to Bequia. So I thought. I left the dining area. Another European couple sitting next to me was served before me, even though I arrived before them. The same European couple was taking the ferry as well. They were late to the car service that was en route to the ferry. Another driver refused to leave them even though it was 9:05 am. The ferry departed at 9:30 am. Then, the driver had the nerve to apologize to me for not leaving earlier. I would NEVER and I mean NEVER patronize that hot, racist mess of a business. If you are a person of African decent, DO NOT and I mean DO NOT spend your money here! Half of the staff will acknowledge you. The remainder will only converse with White Europeans. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION!!!

A lovely place. Staff a little distant but soon warm up on engagement with willing guests. Clean and not as stuffy or misty as feared. Position and location fantastic; above the bustle but still very much in Kingstown with easy access to the ferries and port. Wonderful views, cooling breezes, good food and drinks and a lively atmosphere in season. Recommended.

Highly recommend whether you're passing through or staying a little while - great, caring, kind service at all hours of the day. I spent a little over 2 days here, kind of stuck without a my belongings & everyone was so kind & understanding with me. They even had a soup waiting for me when I arrived even because of the incredible late delay from the airline - too kind! For breakfast, the omelet is very good if you want to pay for it otherwise the continental is good. Cannot recommend the seafood boloñesa enough! So good!! Dinner can be a little pricey, but you can use the light menu items as well. Thank you to everyone on staff, highly recommend this place

We stopped in Kingstown for 2 nights before heading to Bequia. Grenadine House was perfect - an oasis overlooking the city and harbour; steeped in history dating back to 1765. Our room was lovely, a bit small, but so comfortable and included a harbour view balcony. This beautiful boutique hotel is easily walkable to many locations including: - the Botanical Gardens - a must see and take a guided tour - the historic churches in downtown Kingstown - downtown Kingstown and the markets We arrived on election day. The following day was a national holiday. Huge celebration and festive environment. The staff at Grenadine House were outstanding. Isola and her team were kind, professional and welcoming at every interaction. Our meals in their dining room and on the picturesque terrace were wonderful. We enjoyed the pool as an escape from the heat. If you're visiting Kingstown, would highly recommend that you choose Grenadine House. Would love to return.
