The resort was incredible. The pools are amazing, the staff is highly attentive, and the spa was one of the best we’ve been to. The app made it really convenient to get anything you could need. Would highly recommend and come again!

Amazing location and overall everything is of very high quality. Food was good and the staff could not be more welcoming and attentive. Would particularly like to call out Rut, one of the duty managers at the Seven Oceans restaurant, who went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you for a fabulous and very relaxing break.

Amazing stay at the Pimalai
As soon as we stepped off the jetty from our arrival speedboat pick up we knew we were in good hands. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, we were on our honeymoon and they provided us with some many special touches, they went above and beyond and the villa was beautiful. Would highly recommend.

This was our first time ever at this property. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing time at this resort. It felt like an episode of White Lotus, we were treated with 5 star class and service from ever staff and the food was amazing. The price is on the higher side for Thailand but this hotel any where else would be $1,000’s a night. Hotel recommended 10 out of 10 times.

The ocean was rough but that was seasonal and unfortunate. Staff were excellent. I would like to see more Thai food rather than to much European / Western food. Happy hour should be at least 1.5hrs

Hotel facilities are no doubt first class. But most impressive of all was the dedication of all staffs. Not a single time during my stay did I catch any staff using private cellular phone in public areas.
