This property is nestled inside its own private jungle. It's a very large, well kept property, with the rooms/cottages spread around so you have a good deal of privacy. There are only 20 rooms so it's not very busy and you often find yourself alone enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. They offer complimentary espresso machines, yoga mats, bicycles, paddle boards, and Kayaks. The pool is 24/7 and there are plenty of hikes nearby. They also offer tons of activities that you pay for separately. The restaurant having incredible food was a major plus including a giant woodfire pizza oven (didn't come to Belize for Pizza but not going to say I didn't enjoy it). I recommend picking up some fruit and hiking snacks on the way because they don't have any stores nearby. Each room has it's own filtered water machine.

Our stay was AMAZING!! Beautiful property!! The BREAKFAST was sooo good!! We were away for lunch everyday, sadly! And dinner was Ok! I specifically book riverview #4 for the outside shower and tub. The ONLY recommendation I’d have is to find a way to cover the tub so we don’t have to clean it out before each use. I wasn’t even able to use it during my time there. But the shower was great!

Beautiful property in a surreal environment. The staff was wonderful, and the fiod was excellent! We gad a ruver view room, whichbwas amazing. Only down side was we could hear our neighbors through the walls. Other than that no issues. Marvin, a tour guide, was the best! So very nice and professional with a vast knowledge of the flora and fauna, history, etc.

The accomodation was perfectly taken care of; surroundings at the hotel as well. The pool was nice, but is in the afternoon in the shadow, and has too little sunbeds to provide a bed for all hotel guests. The restaurant was good.

Rainforest setting was great. Facility and staff all good. The ecotourism piece felt like a ruse to draw in buyers for the overall real estate scheme.

Absolutely beautiful property, unbeatable atmosphere. We also loved the pizza area for dining by the river with a bottle of wine. The "Spa" is not what I expected as it is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment and they basically just rubbed oil on you for an hour. That being said, the property cut the cost of our massages in half because I was not satisfied which was unexpected. Also be aware to make it very clear when you do not want to be disturbed because they tend to just unlock the door and walk in when you request something. Everything is done by whatsapp and no one says, we are on our way now or anything and my husband was pretty surprised when he was naked and they came in anyway.
