“SLICE OF PARADISE.This was an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina are great hosts and a big shout out to Dean for his expert concierge services. “We stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful house right on the beach. Our children (6,9,11) loved going outside the back door and playing in the water, the sand, and lounging in the hammock. “Villa Shore is everything we had hoped for our stay and more. This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Ample space to hang out inside and out. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we loved sinking into the giant couch in the living room after a long day in the pool or out in excursions. The pool was perfect! “Our family vacation of 8 adults and 9 children was fantastic. The pool was perfect for many volleyball games and enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards provided. We used chef Aaron for 5 of the 7 dinners and was outstanding. Ellen was there to help with anything including help organizing a special 50th anniversary party. Thanks to all for a memorable stay”

“The check in was easy. We appreciated the fenced yard as we had children with us so it made us feel a smidge safer. Easy to get to the best parts of town like the highway and the market. We were there for a short time so we did not get to use the kitchen amenities but we appreciated all the things they had that we could use.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at Areca House. I was there solo for a vacation; however, it would be fine too for a couple. Great location to the beach (just across the street), as well as close to restaurants (within walking distance). It was great to enjoy Garifuna places of interest (wonderful food, etc.). Doc responded quickly to my initial inquiries, and Janette provided a helpful introduction to the place after I arrived. Would recommend Areca House!”
