The balcony had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were very polite. However, the bathroom looked old, and sort of rundown. There was a drunk guest lying down in the hallway. It felt very unsafe.

Nice hotel.

Overall the stay was good, beautiful view of the lake, safe location. The free breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The property was clean, the stafff was corteous and polite. The hotel could use some updates. Floor bathroom tiles were stained, and the bathroom could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The bed blaket had a big hole, however the bed was soft and comfortable. I recommend this property for its safe location,views, and amenities.

Ótima acomodação e localização. Quarto limpo. A única ressalva que tenho é que, em telefonema anterior ao setor de reservas, informamos que precisaríamos de um colchão extra, o que foi confirmado pela atendente. Porém, ao chegarmos, não havia registro da nossa solicitação e nem mais colchões disponíveis. A equipe solucionou instalando uma tenda extra, para crianças, o que, embora não fosse o solicitado anteriormente, atendeu a nossa necessidade.

O hotel é maravilhoso, muito bem localizado, com instalações limpas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é espetacular, sem dúvidas um dos pontos altos da estadia. No entanto, infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência bastante desagradável no momento do check-in. O atendente foi extremamente ríspido e nos tratou com descaso, o que nos deixou muito desconfortáveis. Solicitamos falar com a gerente, que infelizmente teve uma postura ainda pior. Ao mencionarmos que a reserva havia sido feita pelo site Hotels.com, ela riu e disse: "Só podia ser, eles são os piores parceiros." Nunca nos sentimos tão mal recebidos em um hotel. Apesar desse atendimento inicial decepcionante, o restante da estadia foi excelente. Com um pouco mais de cuidado na recepção, a experiência poderia ter sido perfeita.

Muito boa!

Foi excelente a estadia, o único porém é que o hotel estava lotado, então estava bem caótico o café da manhã e o checkout. No mais o hotel é excelente, perfeito! Vale muito a pena se hospedar lá.
