Service by the front desk was unprofessional. Refused to give additional towels for the room and staff just being unhelpful. Lobby is in a decrepit condition with no AC. Rooms are dated with outdated small tv.

Mais de uma hora para fazer o check in. Cheguei no quarto, havia outros hóspedes no quarto. Retornei a recepção, fui redirecionado para novo apartamento, entrei no banho percebi que na tinha toalhas. Retornei novamente a recepção, pois não atendiam o telefone, disseram que não tinha toalhas por que a pessoa responsável pela governança havia passado mal, foi embora e levou as chaves. Depois de tudo isso, um funcionário da recepção foi em outro quarto, pegou as toalhas para mim. Realmente uma experiência horrível. Não voltarei certamente.

O rapaz da recepção “Vinicios” não me atendeu bem. Primeiro estava conversando com o colega e não me deu atenção, dei boa noite e ele não viu/ouviu… Alguns segundos depois iniciei informando sobre minha reserva e ele usa a célebre frase: boa noite pra você também. Isso acabou com o meu restinho de dia/noite que já estava a mais de 7 horas em viagem. Enfim, depois disso foi só falando por cima dos ombros e com mal vontade, provavelmente ele não estava em um dia bom. Fora isso, o hotel é muito bom.
