“Very clean! Each bed has 4 fluffy pillows, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a tv, very nice! Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in Rockford. Only negative for larger groups: This did not affect us, there were only 3 of us. However, there are only 3 bath towels and 1 beach towel. ”

“We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge……

“This place was super super awesome! I didn't realize that there were only 3 bedrooms, but there was definitely space for a lot of people to sleep *if you're okay with sharing beds*. 3 bedrooms, two full sized beds in the basement with pull out beds beneath. “This is a very interesting property taking a very old house and make some additions to make it into a VRBO. Couple of issues with this. The noise from people walking around, going up and down stairs is extremely loud. This is especially true in the master suite/former living room. If the guest in that room is first up, probably not an issue but since it was the opposite, it made it difficult to sleep in the morning.
