- Now offering a washer and dryer! Located within walking distance to downtown Belton, less than a mile to the UMHB football stadium, 4 miles from the Expo Center, this vintage 1925 bungalow has been artfully restored. Enjoy our Art Deco touches and original flair like glass door knobs and refinished hardwood floors. The kitchen features a gas stove, stainless appliances, granite countertops, coffee bar, breakfast nook or game area. Please come sit on our front porch, listen to the church bells, and relax!

We had an amazing time at this little gem in Belton! The property had everything we could possible need and then some. The host was fantastic and all of the people we met in town were so welcoming. If our travels lead us that way in the future, we would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect location to visit UMHB. So clean and decorated so cute. Old neighborhood but it was quiet with lots of old historic homes. We will stay there again when we’re in town if we have another opportunity to visit Belton.

Perfect location!
We really enjoyed staying at the Pearl when visiting our daughter at UMHB. Well furnished and very clean. Perfect location to the campus and also downtown Belton. Would definitely stay again.

Cute house close to campus

Very clean home!!!
We had a long weekend in Belton and this home was perfect! It was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have had, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Bonus was the proximity to restaurants and a grocery store.

Girl’s Getaway
The Pearl is a charming little cottage near sleepy downtown Belton. The location is perfect for exploring the town or for a short trip to historic Salado or to Waco for the Magnolia Market. So many nearby restaurants, each with delicious food! Highly recommend The Pearl.
