Gîte Ondine - House with an Indoor Pool

This family accommodations are close to all sites and amenities, you have access to the village of Belz on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, butcher, cheesemonger and Sunday market...)
The house is ideally located for the beaches of Erdeven and Carnac!

When you enter the house, you will arrive at the dining area with its equipped and open kitchen. And the living area in continuity with a bay window opening onto the terrace (south/east)
You will also find on the first floor, a master suite composed of a bedroom with a 160 bed and its private bathroom (shower and washbasin) as well as a separate toilet with washing machine at the entrance of the house.
The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a 160 bed, and a second bedroom with 4 beds of 90 (ideal for children!) which can be pushed together to make 2 beds of 180.
There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
In the mezzanine area, a small relaxation area!

And of course access to the heated swimming pool (28°) all year round (1.50m deep / 4mx3m) by the dining area or by the outdoor terrace.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue available. Fenced garden.
Parking space near the gîte.
