“Nine of us stayed for 4 nights around our child's wedding. House was exactly as described, very clean, and Lee was a fantastic host. Weather wasn't great so didn't us the garden, but that looked good to. The parking permits and drive were really useful as Southsea parking is a nightmare.Overall, great stay and would certainly book again. Highly recommended!”

“We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company……

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and Tilly's instructions and communication were excellent. Guidance on local points of interest, shopping facilities, and local restaurants were much appreciated.”

“Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. ”

The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this……

“The house is very spacious, just as described, and matches the pictures. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is well-maintained. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and even a mid-stay cleaning was offered.”

“the size of the house was perfect, loads of hot water, linen was good, our family had a lovely weekend! PS needs a bit of TLC ”

“All correspondence appears to be AI generated. The hall upstairs was reasonably ok. Bedroom door was disgusting dirty on both sides. Room had a sink with no hotwater. The toilet and shower were shared with other rooms. The shower and sink in the shower room had no hot water. I contacted the AI mobile number and complained several times with no solution. My partner found numerous toe nail clippings on the bedroom floor. The TV remote was missing parts and the TV required wifi. The wifi code……
