Appartement bien équipé et très propre. Le site manque un peu d'amour : gym, jaccuzzi et sauna plutôt vieillot. Endroit à l'écart, auto obligatoire.

Gute Wohnung etwas Abseits von Estepona gelegen

Die Wohnung ist prima, gut geschnitten, die Terrasse hat eine tolle Größe mit Abendsonne. Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und ständig erreichbar, ein defekter Toaster wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Herrlich sind die Pools außen, nach Ende der Saison am 17.10. war das große Innenpool täglich von 14 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Die Wohnung ist in der Anlage ideal gelegen, die Wege zum Pool und zur Parkgarage recht kurz. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick in Richtung Mittelmeer. Der Tennisplatz ist leider nur bedingt nutzbar, die Zäune nach Außen leider nicht im guten Zustand, die Bälle rollen über den Platz hinaus. Eine Autobahn befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Komplexes, wurde erst nach Fertigstellung der Anlage gebaut, daher hat der Komplex insgesamt wohl etwas gelitten. Diese Wohnung ist aber ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist hier ein Muss, die nächste bewohnte Zone ist gut 2 km entfernt und es verkehrt kein Bus zur Anlage.

Lovely apt peaceful place to stay.

Rafael the owner is excellent. When there was bad weather he checked on us to make sure everything was OK. Most owners take your money and run. The motorway is quite close but we never had any noise in the apt or on the huge balcony. Lots of great walks overall a great place to stay.

Magnifiques vacances

Un sejour dans un endroit parfait. La piscine est top, un côté ou les enfants ont pieds et l autre ou l on peut facilement nager. Maîtres nageurs très attentifs. Un bar qui propose boissons glaces et repas à côté de la piscine. Musique en journee, tres agréable ca anime! Jacuzzi sauna hammam c est genial de pouvoir profiter de toutes ces installations. Cours de squash super, le petit plus de nos vacances, allier le sport! Le complexe est un peu en retrait mais il est assez rapide de rejoindre les villes animees d estepona ou de San Pedro. Marbella n est pas non plus très loin environ 20 minutes. L appartement en lui même est très agréable. Il est grand, le mobilier est sympa. La terrasse est assez grande pour prendre ses repas tous les jours à l extérieur. Le vue sur la piscine est un plus, tous les appartements ne l offre pas. Un service de change de draps toutes les semaines. Le ménage de fin de sejour compris. Pour finir, des propriétaires très disponibles, toujours la pour des conseils. Très sympathiques, Rafael comme sa femme. Attention toutefois, ne perdez pas la carte d accès car la refaire n est pas gratuit et c est un peu cher... Merci à Rafael et sa femme

Heerlijk appartement.

Wij zijn hier 6 weken geweest en hebben genoten van het fijne appartement, het grote terras en het mooie uitzicht. Het complex ligt iets verder van de kust maar vanaf het terras is de zee nog prima te zien. De zonligging was ook goed. In februari zon vanaf 12:00 uur tot bijna 19:00 uur. 's-nachts is het lekker rustig. Wel jammer dat het binnenzwembad pas om 14:00 uur opengaat. Wij houden ervan om vroeg te gaan zwemmen. Kortom een fijn apartement.

Excelente apartamento y urbanización

El apartamento está nuevo tal cual sale en las fotos, tiene de todo y está muy bien cuidado. El apartamento y la terraza son muy grandes. La urbanización es tranquila, las piscinas son muy buenas, el clima es agradable y el personal de servicios es atento. Tiene muchos servicios y como había poca gente, pudimos disfrutar de todo con comodidad. Totalmente recomendable.
