  • The apartment in the Mar del Sur building, located on Avenida Antonio Machado 1, is an excellent choice for a comfortable holiday on the Costa del Sol. Just a short walk from the beach, it offers a prime location near shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The spacious apartment features modern décor and a terrace with either sea or mountain views. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

    The building offers fantastic amenities, including a seasonal communal swimming pool, gardens, and a children’s play area, making it perfect for families. The area provides a variety of activities such as water sports, golf, hiking, and cycling.
