"We arrived late at night to collect the keys from reception. The receptionist had very limited English, so directions to the apartment were poor, Found it at second attempt. The apartment was clean. We found out that we had a pool bracelet missing when we went to the pool, we contacted Lidia, the agent, and she resolved the issue promptly' . The day before we were due to leave, my wife injured her knee at the apartment and was unable to walk. I spoke to reception, hopeless, not a clue what to...
