“The property was of a very high standard, it was very very clean, communication with owner very good. I had a small problem with bathroom door, the domestic assistant helped me and contacted owner who had problem sorted immediately. We had a huge balcony with table and chairs and two sun loungers. “If you’re on a budget, you’ll struggle to find better value or a better location in Benalmadena. These self-contained little apartments will sleep three at a push, and was a good base for me on my own. Air conditioning was great, WiFi steady and reliable. Rooms don’t have balconies and the shower is tiny, so bear that in mind if those are deal breakers. There’s a well stocked and competitively priced shop in the lobby, and reception is 24 hours. “Large spacious property that was an excellent size for our group of 13. All bedrooms had aircon, which was needed as the area can be very hot. The pool was huge and the house had all the facilities that we needed for out stay. The view from the main balcony was amazing.Access to the train station was only a short 5 min walk through a shortcut. There was a few bars and restaurants only a 15 min wakl away whcih was great. “Villa was just ideal for us , clean modern and everything we needed, Clive was brilliant and very helpful, we had bread / milk/ butter, ham/ cheese wine and beers, and water to great us on arrival, which was not expected, so lovely surprise. “We had an amazing stay at Rosario's apartment in the Minerva Apartment complex in Benalmádena. Rosario was an excellent host, providing items for our stay which you wouldn't normally receive at a private holiday rental and communication with Rosario was superb.
