The housing is equipped with air conditioning and heating in each room, to guarantee a perfect temperature in any season of the year. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.

The apartment is located on the first line of the beach, with stairs that allow you to go down directly to the beach. It is located in the central and lively area of Benalmádena, close to restaurants and bars, in this accommodation they do not need a car since they are minutes walking from the restaurant and leisure area of Benalmadena.



Important note: Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a 100€ fine.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.



This is a quiet residential community. Respect our neighbors by being silent in common areas, especially at night, and do not make any loud noises inside the apartment between 11 pm and 8 am.
