We had a great time at the Villa. Great communication from the host which made the whole “check in” process nice and simple. The Villa is well equipped and in a great location. Given the opportunity we would certainly visit again. Overall a fantastic stay.

Train station close by to get around was a bonus.A fantastic welcome pack left, which was a great help, until we got our own supplies.Well equipped kitchen with everthing you will need. Comfy beds and sunloungers. There was nothing we could find fault with!!Clive kept us updated from day one to leaving, and kindly let us stay on due to a late flight, as no one was booked in the following day, which was a massive help! Thanks Clive.Would not hesitate to book again!

Excellent location close to transport links to get to Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola all within 10 mins from the property by train or bus. Great pool and lovely spacious property. The host was very helpful with information on where to go and how to get there.

Great Stay...

Lovely villa in a great location. Whole process was friction free and the owner made everything a pleasure from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. We stayed for week in early November so weather was just about there as well. Great base for exploring Andalusia but if that's not your thing plenty of places locally and a ton of stuff in Benalmadena. Something for everyone really.

Just come back from a lovely week, the villa was perfect for us, spotless with everything you need, a home from home, just a few minutes walk to the train station and a 3 minute ride to the centre of Benalmádena where all the bars, restaurants and shops are located, Clive was great, met us there to make sure we got in ok, will defiantly be booking up again

Fabulous house , everything you could possibly want, and more. Gorgeous pool. Quiet residential area. Easy access to train to and from airport and towns along the coast . Some challenging hills for us oldies but local taxis were very reasonable. Very generous welcome pack including a bottle of cava. Can't think of anything negative to say, loved it !

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. All instructions given by Clive were so clear and he answered any questions that we had very promptly. The view from the living room is spectacular. The pool was also great as it was so hot when we were there. It is so easy to get to and from the train station and the beach area, where we also used the bus. I would highly recommend booking this villa. We loved it.

Excellent villa in nice and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in the villa which was very clean, well maintained, and the host responded immediately to our questions. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it's only 5 minutes away from the train station. With trains every 20 minutes in the direction of Malaga or Fuengirola. So you really don't need a car if you come by plane. I would certainly consider coming back.

A lovely comfortable stay, the views are gorgeous!

A lovely stay at this very comfortable clean villa. Having the two spaces to relax outdoors was fabulous, with incredible views from the terrace on one side complete with movie-worthy sunrises, and the pool and loungers on the other terrace where we could move to as the sun moved round. To have the lovely hillside location, and also be within walking distance of the train station, the beach, and a range of restaurants, was ideal for us. Clive was a very helpful indeed, with prompt responses to all our enquiries ahead of arrival, and the generous offer to let us check out late in the day for our evening flight since there were no new guests arriving for a few days. This was at no extra cost and was a life saver with two teenagers in tow, and particularly so given the day was soggy (thankfully we just missed the storms that caused some havoc a day later). A holiday to remember with a successful dolphin spotting boat trip, some beach and sea swimming action, lots of delicious local food, and the incredible views at the top of the Teleferico cable car. :)

Holiday in the sun

Nice villa, location was good for us as we didn’t want to hire a car. Train station was very close to villa, we used it every day, did our shopping in los Boliches , supermarket opposite the train station, perfect. The pool was amazing, not too big, so you could get straight in,and cool down. Clive was an amazing host, let us know about the water being turned off, even though he was on holiday himself. Only thing missing were oven gloves, I do like to cook, so used oven. The villa was clean, nice having the bedrooms downstairs, much cooler. If you are elderly or have trouble walking, this villa isn’t really suitable, too many steps to villa, we found that bit difficult with cases, and marble steps down to bedrooms wouldn’t be good either. But if you are fit and able this villa is great, with the trains so close, not noisy though, you hardly notice them. We really enjoyed our stay.

The villa with a view

Wow what an amazing villa as soon as we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect place. It was very clean but so homely and every room smelt like a spa. The most fantastic views from the balcony leading off the lounge. and a large patio with the private pool. The villa had every amenity great to have a washing machine so you don’t need to bring home dirty laundry. Clive was very helpful and instructions very clear on how to use everything. He answered any queries we had and left us with a food welcome pack which was very generous. We had a great time we did a mixture of sightseeing, beach and laying beside the pool. We did not hire a car we used Uber to get around very easy to use. We can recommend the lime and lemon restaurant fantastic tapas went twice it was good. I will miss waking up to that wonderful view. Will definitely be booking again in the future. If you’re thinking of booking this villa you won’t be disappointed.

Total Relaxation

We booked this villa based on location and the tranquility of the area and what other guests had said. The accommodation is well laid out with front and back terraces and the addition of a private pool was great. Kitchen well equipped and the welcome pack for us on arrival was very much appreciated. We didn’t hire a car so all our getting about was done by foot or train. This is about 5 mins walk from the property and they run in both directions every 20 mins. While we were there the ticket machine wasn’t working but we boarded the train anyway and paid at the ticket office when we got off. No problem. The local mini market is 2 mins from the Benalma Hotel and be warned it is a very very steep hill on the way back. Clive the owner is very approachable and answered our questions quickly. The TV has every channel you could want. Awesome!

Everything you can ask for in a vills

We were so happy we found this little gem. Clive the host was so kind and sent us all the information we required before arriving, we decided to get the train from airport and his directions were great and easy to follow. On arrival he had left us a welcome pack which was very generous and a god send - water, 4 beers, cava, bread, milk, ham, cheese, butter. We certainly made the most of these as I would say if you are hiring a car this is the perfect location however as we only stayed 4 nights we just wanted to relax, which the villa was perfect for however is up a hill so if you are not very mobile this may be an issue. We did walk up it a few times in day and it made me realise how unfit I am, however of an evening we asked the local restraurants to call us a taxi and it was the best 6 Euros we would spend after a large meal. The villa itself was very clean and had everything you would expect, we were very lucky with weather and so in the mornings we would sit with a cuppa on the balcony enjoying the sunshine then we would venture out for breakfast returning to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day again in the sunshine before going out in evening. Another plus is you are not overlooked so it was really nice just to relax by own pool without feeling judged for being a menopausal over weight woman in a hotel resort :) Overall I would recommend this to anyone, we would definitely return and maybe get out and about a little more as 4 days just wasn't enough Thanks Clive

A beautiful villa for 4 people. Owner very helpful and a few bits left for us to get us started in the food/drink department. Villa was well kept, with everything we needed. Lovely beach nearby and shop for essentials along with a couple of eating places just a short walk away. Hope to return soon.

The property was as described. The property was clean and fully equipped. Pool was a god send and well maintained, pool towels was nice addition. Train station close by, also bus links. Quiet area. We kept fit for a week as supermarket, restaurant and beach were all down hill, so a bit of a hilly walk back. Owners communication was excellent and made sure everything was all as it should be. Had a wonderful week with our Grand Children.Would recommend this property.
