This is a Studio Apartment in the Sagitario building that will sleep up to 2 people. Centrally located in the Gamonal area, it's close to all amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets & shops. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment & the Marina is a 15 minute walk. Benalmadena (A. Miel) train station is also only a 10 minute walk.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Ibensa & Bonanza Square.
Paloma Park is a 10 minute walk away.

You get what you booked

The communication with the people in charge beforehand and during the stay was very pleasant. The apartment is small, but has everything you need and it is only 15 minutes walk to the beach. The big criticism is that the apartment was unfortunately obviously not cleaned before our arrival (despite cleaning fee). The surfaces and floor were visibly dirty, so we spent the first half of the 1st day cleaning the apartment. If the apartment had been clean there really wouldn't have been anything to complain about, however the washing machine doesn't really work well either, but this is a bonus in our opinion anyway. All in all, you get a very inexpensive apartment for 2 people with a good location. We were basically satisfied with our stay.
