「Lovely hotel but I can really see why it’s a 4 star! I was by myself and found staff to be very nice and polite. The pinch points were the bar - just hire more staff. There was always a queue. I didn’t go all inclusive but food and drinks I thought was reasonably well ish priced. The other frustration was I got put in a room in the corner which was a bit sad. I understand it was their basic room but it just lacked the luxury a bit. The local area and cute shops are worth the short walk into...

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bordoy Grand House Algarve ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit très agréable juste à côté d'un charmant petit port, au cœur d'un très beau petit village. Gros point positif pour l'organisation : il existe des solutions de parking gratuit juste à proximité de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Tout était parfait : Les chambres : Superbes, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le service : Un personnel absolument au top !...

「Nice clean place with very responsive staff. They were extremely helpful via WhatsApp as I was arriving with a late check in. Cute location, free packing down the block, no issues. Clean room with good working AC. Bathroom was a little run down but completely adequate condition for the price of the room. very nice view from the top balcony off the communal kitchen, you can see the lighthouse. Great value stay, would come again if stopping in the area. 」

「The hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Also the room was spacious and comfortable. The downside to the hotel was the indoor pool was very small and had a cover over it so couldnt be used and the bar consisted of a couple of bottles of spirits. The breakfast was plentiful with the usual continental offerings.」
