“Easy, pleasant check-in, wonderful mattress and shower head, however the tub floor was very slippery, and there was no soap holder. Breakfast was mediocre as eggs & sausage were cold and had to be microwaved. (I don't use a microwave at home at all.) Pluses: location was easy to find and being so close to Benbrook had everything we needed the next day.”

“The thing that made this hotel, so special were the employees! From beginning to end, they were kind and accommodating, and incredibly professional. We only stayed one night so all we needed was a clean, easy experience and that is exactly what we got. The bed was not very comfortable and the toilet paper and Kleenex were not high-quality, but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.”

“Overall, the stay was okay when we first arrived, but there were several issues that made it uncomfortable. The room had no place to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. The inside of the room had a strong mold smell, and combined with the loud AC noise, it gave us headaches. The bathroom also smelled moldy, and the amenities were very limited. The Wi-Fi was also very laggy and kept disconnecting. The breakfast, however, was okay.”
