“Based on all the good reviews I read I thought it was going to be amazing. It was just okay. It was pretty clean, didn’t have good WiFi at all. The fire pit outside was nice. I would say this was an average hotel with a luxury price tag.”

“Melissa the manager at the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when the elevators were down and offered to move me down to the 1st floor since I have a neck injury and could not go up and down the stairs easily. She also helped me with getting my internet set up and was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Wonderful customer service she deserves kudos :)”

“The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were tracks of something that had splashed on the bathroom door and other spatter of some kind on the walls. A few of the towels were stained with what I hope was only makeup. The parking lot was a bit too small for the number of rooms/vehicles, so it was difficult to get in and out. Overall, this is a place I wouldn't stay again.”
