Spacious Group Getaway with A/C, Hot Tub and Covered Patio

On the north end of Sunriver, 20 Kinglet Road is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This large 3,779 sq. ft. home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 10 guests. Inside this unique lodge you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with two wings and all the amenities you’d expect from a luxurious home.

Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• A stunning kitchen with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals
• Beautiful dining room table that accommodates up to 12 people with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Living room with comfortable seating, TV and rich colored cabinetry, the perfect place to unwind and watch a game

Great for Couples Getaway

We traveled with a close friends and as we are now senior people, everyone wanted their own bedroom and bathroom. This house was perfect. All bedrooms were roomy and except for one couple who felt their room was cold, everyone was happy. The configuration of two hallways with two bedrooms each and one bedroom upstairs meant lots of privacy when wanted and quiet nights. It's a bit of a drive to the village and services and the multiple travel circles were daunting though not defeating. Also the entry system is NOT user friendly.
