Wonderful Vacation home

We had a lovely time staying at this home in Sunriver! Me and my big family all fit well and we enjoyed the open space living room/kitchen where the kids could all hang out and play games. The back deck was comfortable and a perfect spot for the adults to hang after bedtime. We enjoyed biking around to parks and it wasn't too bad to get to the Village or the SHARC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Sunriver treasure

We loved this property. There was plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out. The kitchen had plenty of storage and all the things we needed. We also enjoyed the hot tub and deck. One of the rooms has kids books and a foos-ball table and the garage had an extra fridge and a pingpong table. The Shark passes came in handy too!

Great Family House

This Sunriver Home was perfect for our large family of 11. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 adults and 5 kids. The secluded street was perfect for the kids to ride bikes & scooters and the neighborhood was very quiet. We used the SHARC passes almost everyday. The house was fairly clean, but could have used some deep cleaning in window tracts and upstairs bedrooms. We had to clean the barbecue before we could use it and the house supplies like dish soap, hand soap and paper towels were very minimal. We appreciated all of the fridge and freezer space. After leaving an item at the house, we contacted the Property Management Company & it was found and mailed to us promptly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the house and will try to book it again next summer.

We have been going to Sunriver yearly for a long time and this house was disappointing. The worst part was the cleanliness. There was dog hair everywhere. Not only all over the carpet and floors, but all over the comforters of many of the rooms. My daughter is highly allergic to dogs so it was unfortunate because she had to get multiple doses of medication that makes her sleepy. The upper shower would clog immediately, which they did come and fix. The hot tub did not work. It was really low in water, which they came and filled up, but daily it would go down in temperature or turn off. The couches were really cheap and uncomfortable. They only left us a few dishwasher pods and there was a note left saying the rest could be purchased at the store. Luckily, when we asked they did drop off some more with no charge. It could have been worse, but we will not be staying at this house again.
