Just steps from the Sunriver Resort Marina, 3 Quelah Condo is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 1,408 sq. ft. home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 5 guests. Inside this pleasant single story condo you will find spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings.
Additional features of this charming home include:
• Dining room table accommodates up to six with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace, TV, and sofa sleeper for the perfect combination of cozy and convenient
Large common grass area off the back deck great for games and kids to play
• This home has 2 ensuite bedrooms
• Master bedroom complete with king sized bed, a TV and access to back patio
• Additional bedroom includes a queen sized bed and twin
• Access to Quelah community pool and Tennis courts (seasonal)

Disappointment
Well, could not check in at 4:00 after driving 7 hours because the condo was not yet cleaned. The managers said that check in is not guaranteed until 6:00. But on the check in instructions it is in bold lettering for check in at 4:00.
The lamps in the living room did not work. One had no light bulb and the other one did not work at all. I could not find a cutting board or a pitcher to make drinks. There were two outdoor tables with umbrella holders but no umbrellas.
The kitchen table and chairs are a mismatch of chairs and clearly dated and uncomfortable.....as is the living room furniture.
I made 4 different calls to the property managers with concerns. They got the umbrellas after two calls. I had to stay and wait so they could fix the light socket and bring a light bulb.
We were charged $175.00 pet fee and did not bring a pet.

We stayed in the Quelah's, which is my absolute favorite spot! Location, pool, tennis, stables etc..
We will definitely rent a Quelah again in the future! Comfortable, clean, located near all great things!!

We love Quelah, with its private pool and courts This unit looks out over a lovely aspen grove with a large grassy area our dog enjoyed Quiet and peaceful Only real negative: no air conditioning Pretty uncomfortable in July and August
