- Located in the amenity rich community of Caldera Springs 45 Caldera Cabin is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 1,809 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 8 guests.
Inside this luxurious one-story cabin you will find spacious kitchen living and dining areas with large windows hardwood floors vaulted ceilings and timber beam accents. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• Stunning views of Caldera Links with a back patio offering a brand new hot tub and patio furniture
• Upscale kitchen boasting granite counter tops and stunning cabinets
• Dining room table with seating for six with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Living room featuring comfortable seating with a sofa sleeper TV and large gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Master king suite offering TV, private entry to hot tub and lavish attached bathroom with tile shower, tub, and double sinks

This place was very spacious, clean, warm, comfortable, inviting, and had all the necessities for a week long getaway with the family. Definitely recommend!

Clean, pet friendly and comfortable stay for our family of six! We have teens and young adult kids and we loved that every room had their own bathroom in addition to another bathroom with shower in the main area. The beds and pillows were super comfortable in every room! If I had one comment to advise on, is this cabin is right next to the main parking lot with cars coming and going but it wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. It’s close to everything and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to The Commons food carts and Sunriver Brewery tap room. Had a great family Spring Break getaway with our family!
