Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has been entirely renovated to a style we call "Mountain Modern", combining a contemporary look with beautiful mahogany wood accents. Check out the waterfall dining table and the master bath infinity edge spa tub. There is a 7' x 7' hot tub/spa outside the master bedroom slider. The home will actually sleep 7 as there is a twin bed in the loft off the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in Family Room. Our home also has AIR CONDITIONING for those warm summer months! There is a fireplace, but fair warning we have had trouble with it working. And repair appointments are running 3 months! Cannot guarantee it will be working...sorry.

The deck over the garage is about 500 SF in size with couch, chairs, Dining for 6, lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas and a fire pit. It is located right off the family room. And the outdoors also features a pond and waterfall. Parking is one spot on the right side of driveway and street parking.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with beautiful mahogany wood cabinets and quartz counter tops. There is a blender, mixer, coffee pot, coffee grinder, plastic ware for toddlers, and dinnerware for 8. And a full supply of cookware, storage containers and serving bowls and utensils.

Family room has 65" Samsung Smart TV (4K) and Direct TV with 250 channels and whole house DVR mounted above the fireplace. Leather sleeper sofa with queen size memory foam (very comfy) mattress. There is an extra bar height table for games and puzzles (included). The leather sectional is fine grain leather and seats 6 people. Hi speed wifi throughout the home.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed. You have your choice of down pillows or standard for each bed. The master bath has a walk in shower that is about 6' by 3.5'. Each nightstand is equipped with extra plugs and USB ports on the back edge for charging or plugging in devices. 50" Samsung Smart TV (4K) with Direct TV and DVR. As sated there is a loft off the master bedroom with a twin day bed and a desk/work area.

The second bedroom features a Queen Murphy bed. Put it up during the day and you have a great play room for the kids. Put it down at night and sleep like a baby. 50" Samsung Smart TV (4K) with DVR.

All the living and sleeping areas are on one floor (same as outside deck) with the separate laundry room and garage downstairs.

We have tried to account for everything. Forget your toothbrush? We have disposables. Razors, shaving cream, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, hair dryer, curling iron, iron and ironing board; its all here. Bring your clothes and relax.

Keep in mind if you book 30 days you get a 10% discount from us and Bed tax of just over 10% does not apply. So you save over 20%!

There is a long term tenant in the downstairs studio lock out. She enters from one side of the house and you enter from the other side (house is on a corner). The garage is shared space and there’s a locked door to the VRBO unit. However, currently the right side of garage is being used for storage. The laundry room is shared space, but is locked out both ways. She has no access to you or you to her. But it is possible to run in to her if you both open door at the same time. Laundry and garage are both downstairs. ALL of the upstairs is for your exclusive use including the deck over the garage and the spa. If you check ratings on VRBO competitors site, you will see over 94% 5 star ratings (4.9 avg). We are pretty new on VRBO, so not as many ratings here as compared to the competitor.
