There's also a desk workspace upstairs so guests can finish remote work or schooling with privacy. Modern essentials include central heat, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Staying on the west side of Bend means that you're just two-and-a-half miles from the Old Mill district and even closer to downtown walks along the Deschutes River. Enjoy dinner at the Broken Top Club just one-third-of-a-mile away. Mount Bachelor is only 20 miles away, and guests will have easy access to the Cascade Lakes Highway to explore the Cascade lakes. Enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and rafting on the Deschutes, climbing at Smith Rock, and exploring all the craft brew pubs along the Bend Ale trail.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
