Hi Dawn, I am terribly sorry your experience was not above and beyond. We went strait in and checked the room thoroughly and were unable to locate any bug issues. We will stay on high alert. We did identified a faulty warmer in the breakfast area and are fixing that immediately. We do appreciate your feed back as it helps us to look towards exceeding your expectations and our others guest on their visits. .
