Nice stay in Bend

Nice modern home. Kitchen was well equipped. Right across the street from our favorite grocery store. Walkable to downtown. Neighbors are very close, but the home is nice, clean, modern, and quiet.

Clean, beautiful and comfy, too

We loved this house - perfect for our two teens and dog, too! Great kitchen, ample space, comfy couch and, unlike some properties, it didn’t feel built just for a rental property - nice materials, nice furniture. Very well done. Location is fabulous, too. Highly recommend!

Family get together in Bend

We truly enjoyed the house and location. Very walkable. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The house is well designed and we liked those heated floors in the cool mornings. Nice!

We appreciated the communication from when the reservation was made all the way up to our stay. When we got to the home we had crystal clear directions upon check in and check out. We knew we could contact our host whenever we needed to with questions. The amenities were amazing! They thought of everything. I loved all things about this home. We came to celebrate Christmas with our teenagers and there was a decorated tree available for us and ornaments hanging from a tree in the courtyard. The gas fireplace made it very cozy. Our boys loved the shuffleboard. There was alot of laughter! We walked all over the neighborhood with our dogs. So much to do in Bend. Our home welcomed us each time we came back. The heated floors are a plus!! Looking forward to staying here again.

Modern, clean house in a great location

Great house in a great location! Super convenient to the grocery store (right across the street), restaurants, coffee & a short, scenic walk to downtown. The house was super modern, clean & spacious. It had a full kitchen with everything you would need to whip up a meal. Garage access was great & made it so much easier to load/unload all of stuff. We brought our dog & the fee was not outrageous. Only thing we had a little trouble with was getting in upon our arrival, but Julie was very responsive. We were able to sort it out fairly quickly. Also the exterior doors to the front patio area were a little tricky. I could never get it right & had to have my husband always lock them. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend or book again! Looking forward to coming back sometime in the future!

We had a fabulous stay at the Khaya. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious The furnishings and beds were comfortable. We loved the heated floors and large master bath. Great location! Walking distance to Newport market, restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely one of our families favorites!

Family Friendly and Great Location

For starters Khaya has an amazing flow and layout. The bedrooms are large and there was ample space for our family. It was clean and well maintained. The heated floors were awesome. The garage has an extra large opening so if you have a roof top box on your SUV you can drive right in without taking the box off! Life saver there. The location was a perfect launch point for all of our daytime adventures. In the evening we enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood.

Great Vacation Home for 9 nights

A perfect house for family with teens! Three king beds and 2.5 bathrooms is just what we needed. The kitchen common area is a nice gathering point and everyone has their own space. We brought our large dog and although the side yard is small, it was fine for quick outings.. and there are two off leash dog parks close by. The heated floors were great and really this house has everything. If you have young kids or an old dog, the hallway stairs would be tricky so just one thing to consider. We would stay again 100%.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay at this house. Very well designed layout felt extremely spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, And an outdoor dining area and grill were a plus. The bed was comfortable and on the firm side as we like it. Very large master bathroom made it feel decadent. The bathtub was a large soaker tub but the slightly awkward placement of the controls made it less than perfect. We were only two people but the split bedroom layout would make it good for sharing, though only the master bath is en-suite Having the clean garage to pull the car into was wonderful. We’d gladly stay here again.

Beautiful modern house, perfect location

This is a lovely, modern and comfortable house. Very spacious and light. The owners have equipped it perfectly - there was not anything we needed that was not provided, including high quality shampoo and bath products. The house was also great for our dogs. There is a nice side yard that, while not huge, is secure and private and great for enjoying dinner and wine al fresco. Beds are comfortable. The location can’t be beat. The Newport Street market is steps away and the restaurants on the street were all wonderful. Downtown is a short walk over the bridge but we actually preferred this neighborhood to downtown. We would 100% stay here again.

Best Break Ever

If you are looking for a relaxing home to just enjoy your family and Bend, this is the place. Spacious, comfortable and in the heart of everything. We walked everywhere and enjoyed every minute.
